Your evidence is yours.

The site’s report builder runs locally; you control where the finished draft goes.

Your report stays on your device.

The report builder composes text in your browser. It does not submit the form, send an email, create an account, or store your draft on our server. Unsaved answers disappear when you leave or refresh the page. If you choose Save on this device, the draft is stored in this browser and later edits to that saved draft are saved automatically.

You can reopen, rename, duplicate, export, or delete your saved drafts from My drafts. There is no site account or cross-device sync. Clearing browser site data or using a private browsing window can remove saved drafts. Other people using the same browser profile may see them.

Exported backups are plain JSON files and are not encrypted. Keep them private, especially if you include names, order information, or links to private records. Importing a backup stores those drafts in the browser where you import it.

What happens when you leave this site?

Links to the FTC and social platforms open their own sites, each with its own privacy practices. Copying a draft puts its text on your device’s clipboard. If you paste it into an email or official reporting form, that recipient handles what you send under its own policies.

Site operation.

This static package includes no analytics script, advertising trackers, account system, or third-party font library. A hosting provider may still keep standard server logs, including IP addresses and request data, under its own settings and retention rules. The site owner should confirm the host’s configuration before publishing this page.

Do not enter passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive account credentials in a report draft. Share order information only through the recipient’s secure channel when needed.
